We are no longer taking skulls and using a third party company to clean, we're hoping in the future to take skulls again but for now we highly recommend Primal Skull near Rich Valley.

Greetings, everyone! I am pleased to present our upcoming taxidermy courses for the year. We have meticulously planned a total of 12 courses, each designed to cater to different skill levels and interests.

1. Beginner Mammal Course: Learn the comprehensive process of mounting Martens on a stock form. Sessions will run throughout February and March, one week from Monday to Friday.

2. Intermediate/Advanced Commercial Deer Mounts: Led by Ted Befus from Saskatchewan, this 2/3-day course in June 2024 focuses on advanced techniques to enhance your commercial mounts. Participants must possess prior experience and a tanned cape with antlers.

3. Intermediate Mammal Alterations Course: Choose between Fishers or Foxes for this November and December 2024 course. Prior experience is required, and sessions will be held from Monday to Friday.

4. Advanced Mammal Carving Course: Join World Champion Taxidermist Ken Walker in March and April 2024 for an intensive carving experience. Prior experience is a prerequisite, and sessions will run from Monday to Friday.

5. Intermediate Large Mammal Mounting Course: Explore the intricacies of mounting a substantial mammal on a commercial form, featuring an Asian buffalo. Both courses are scheduled for September 2024.

6. Intermediate/Advanced Large Mammal Mounting Course: Learn to mount a large mammal for which a commercial form is not available. This unique course in September 2024 involves creating a form from existing ones, carving, and troubleshooting. Participants can enroll in both courses consecutively if interested.
